Gum Nut Necklace

This special little number was cast directly from the gum nuts themselves - I sent the gum nuts off to my casting house, and they replaced the nuts, with recycled silver! How awesome is that?
 
These gum nuts are the fruits of Eucalyptus moderata, as mallee tree endemic to Western Australia. I also have a pair of earrings that match this pretty necklace, please feel free to email me if you'd like the whole set! (Earrings not currently listed on the website)
